Delete returns 0 rows affected when logical deletes in place

The documentation on ActiveRecord<T>.Delete states that the returned int represents "the number of rows affected" but I find that it is only > 0 if the row was *destroyed*, and not if the row was merely logically deleted. Is this by design? Kind of misleading if so. I'm using 2...

It's pretty trivial to fix in 2.0.3 and 2.1 beta with the code above I guess no one cares about SQL 2000 thesedays.
